Generally One year after shipping.
How long is your delivery time? If I want to customize the instrument, how long does it take?
If the items are available in stock, the delivery time is 6-12 days. We also offer customization services for our customers. The lead time for customized products varies depending on the specifications and can take between 25-55 days.
How can we be your exclusive agent in our country or region?

There are three basic requirements:

  3. You have technician to provide the after sales services to the end users.
How can you provide us the after sales services if we buy equipment from you?

  2. We supply you the free spare parts during the warranty time.
  3. We provide far distance after sales services by Skype or other means.
How can I clear the Customs for your products?
We’ll provide document for the products, CI, PL if your customs need. For other documents your customs you may need, Please contact your local import broker in advance.
What support can you do for me if I want to visit your company?

  3. Other services you need.
How can you guarantee the quality for us?
