Hydrogen peroxide space sterilizer, also known as vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization or VHP, is a popular choice for low-temperature sterilization in healthcare facilities. It is preferred over ethylene oxide sterilization, which is reflected in the decreasing use of ethylene oxide systems in hospitals.
One advantage of VHP is its familiarity, as hydrogen peroxide is commonly found in households, instilling confidence in its non-toxic and environmentally safe nature. Additionally, the VHP process does not require ventilation, and the machines only require power as a utility, eliminating the need for extra water, steam, or compressed air utilities.

- It can perform multi-angle three-dimensional spraying, 360° no dead angle disinfection, and efficient air spraying;
- Hydrogen peroxide droplets formed by dry fog technology can be suspended in the air for a long time to perform irregular Brownian motion, ensuring penetration and disinfection in complex areas;
- The hydrogen peroxide droplets formed by the dry fog technology will not aggregate together to produce large droplets, and will rebound after touching the surface of the object without breaking and wetting the surface. These properties make its diffusibility very good, and disinfection does not leave dead ends , does not wet the surface, does not corrode equipment, color steel plates and walls;
- It is controlled by a microcomputer controller and a liquid crystal display, and the built-in calculation software of the equipment can automatically calculate the spraying amount and spraying time, without manual calculation, and the calculation results are displayed on the screen; the time can be reserved, and the machine can be turned on at regular intervals; after the spraying is completed, the equipment can Automatic shutdown, no manual shutdown required.
- There are four H-shaped ultraviolet lamps around the sterilizer, which can increase the disinfection speed and achieve better disinfection effect.
- It can kill intestinal pathogenic bacteria, pyogenic cocci, bacteria and spores in the air, up to 6 logarithms of killing;
- No external air source is required, the nozzle is equipped with solvent filter, and there is no risk of clogging the nozzle;
- The disinfectant solution required for disinfection per cubic meter shall not exceed 8ml;
- The concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution shall not exceed 3%.
