Application
PTFE filter element, that is, polytetrafluoroethylene filter element, is a filter element made of a filter membrane made of polytetrafluoroethylene. These filter housings are usually made of polypropylene and bonded together by heat fusion technology. The surface of the filter element is smooth, no adhesive, no shedding, and strong filtering effect. Can be applied in the pharmaceutical industry with strict standards. The stainless steel filter element of the instrument is made of 316 stainless steel and is made with supporting technology. It is suitable for oil fume sampling work in the boiler and catering industry, and it is used to sample oil fume pipes with the oil fume sampling gun.

Advantages
- Hydrophobicity: Used for large to sterile gas filtration, large flux, high temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, wide chemical applicability, suitable for fermentation tanks, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and compressed air. When used for gas filtration, it can achieve 100% interception of various bacteriophages, bacteria and particles above 0.02um.
- Hydrophilicity: It can be used for liquid filtration to achieve sterility, wide chemical applicability, strong acid and alkali resistance, and high ozone intensity.
- Hydrophobicity: polytetrafluoroethylene filter element, the filter medium is hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane: strong hydrophobicity, high retention rate, excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability, good strength, forward and reverse resistance pressure shock.
