Application

  • Valve closed: turn clockwise to the end;
  • Valve opening: from closed to open, the flow rate can be adjusted by one and a half circles according to needs;
  • There is a sampling hole on the top cover and a built-in silicone pad for needle sampling with high sampling accuracy. It is recommended to replace the silicone pad about 15 times.
  • The thickness of Teflon fep film is generally around 0.075mm-0.1mm. According to the inventory of each batch of warehouses, the thickness of Teflon is different, and the price of different thicknesses is also different.
  • The pvf gas sampling bag is a film of Tedlar gas sampling bag, the thickness is about 0.05mm, and the temperature resistance is about 150 degrees.
  • The thickness of PVDF film is 0.05mm-0.075mm, and the temperature resistance is about 150 degrees. The lead time depends on the stock in the warehouse, and the price varies with the thickness.

Equipped with PTFE valve

When using a PTFE valve, the knob is closed when it crosses the outlet, and the knob is parallel to the outlet when it is open. The temperature resistance of PTFE valves is about 200 degrees. Using PTFE valve, the temperature resistance of the whole bag is consistent with that of the film.
