Introduction

RTP Rapid heating tube furnace is designed to heat to the target high temperature in a very short time. It is widely used as the heating treatment for the big size graphene gown by CVD solutions. With different vacuum pump station setup, RTP rapid heating furnace can work with controlled atmosphere environment and high vacuum environment, create an ideal thermal processing chamber. The max. heating speed is up to 100℃ in one second, and the max. cooling speed is up to 110℃ per second. It has a sliding rail to hold the furnace tube flange, which makes it convenient to withdraw the tube out of the furnace heating insulation chamber. The temperature sensor is placed in contact with sample holders, which can get a more precise temperature control and indicating.
