The split multi heating zone rotary tube furnace is a high-configuration rotary furnace equipped with 2-8 independent heating zones, each with its own thermal controller, providing superior temperature control for both uniform thermal fields and large temperature gradient differences. The furnace tube rotates and tilts, with stepless speed regulation and adjustable tilting angle. Lifting plates can be added inside the furnace tube to prevent material hardening and uneven heating, while a middle big belly type furnace tube can also be designed to improve heating results. Excellent sealing technology allows the furnace to operate under both vacuum and controlled atmosphere environments. This makes it an ideal furnace for laboratory calcination and drying tasks of positive and negative electrode materials of lithium-ion batteries, as well as high-temperature reaction, heat treatment, carbonization, sintering, and high-temperature pyrolysis for various materials.
