1.Assemble the mold cover and mold bottom and place the mold piece.

2.Load the sample into the mold.

3.Use the mold rod to flatten the sample.

Place the mold into the tablet press.

5.Tighten the oil drain valve stem.

6.Tighten the handle.

7.Press down to desired pressure.

8.The sample is kept under pressure for a period of time.

9.Loosen the knob.

10.Release the pressure.

11.Remove the mold.

12.Separate the mold.

13.Take out the pressed sample.

14.Place the sample on a dedicated sample rack.

15.Open the infrared spectrometer sample compartment.

16.Place the sample into the spectrometer for detection.
